Karen Kelly is an established and sort after artist in painting, pottery and stained glass. Karen has now turned her skills to textile design. She is known for her love of birds which feature strongly in her work and as a talented embroiderer in her rare moments of relaxation, she has branched out into the design of exotic birds in fantastical colours on jewel-like velvet backgrounds to elevate her kits to true works of art.
Kel, as she is known, is also an integral member of the Colour Stream's team. Her love of colour and fabric feeds her extraordinary artistic talen, the evidence of which can be seen in her latest productions.
